If you are after an intimate dining experience with the most attentive customer service and authentic food made out of freshest ingredients, this is your must try! Don't hesitate to ask their incredible staff for wine pairing as well - as the wine selection is incredible and you won't be disappointed. When it is good, it is really good!

Such a surprise to have an elegant elevated experience in our very own Highton Village. Service, food, attention to detail was faultless. I loved the beautiful interior- we sat at the bar and it was such a fun way to dine. The wine list is superb and the food equally sublime. We particularly enjoyed the salt and pepper calamari and the pork belly vietnamese salad- but everything was spectacular. A big shout out to Jean Francois for his engaging and generous service. I think it might be hard to get a booking very soon!! I intend to become a regular customer for sure.

Sometimes I wonder how I miss gems like this - I imagine it has something to do with local regulars keeping it to themselves seeing as it is very small (16 seater) and very busy! Highly recommend making a booking! Jeff was kind enough to give us some insight into the humble beginnings and his visions for the future - we are so onboard! We were absolutely stuffed when we left so I don't think you need to order too much, certainly our eyes were bigger than our bellies on this occassion. The honey soy wingettes are definitely worth trying, the best I've had. The okra was also a stand out and I always try it when I see it but it is rarely executed so well in Australia. Jeff also gave us a sneak peak of the new dessert - I encourage you to leave room for this! The wine list is very good and Lethbridge Wines by the glass were a great pairing for our meals. So glad I finally found you, Ahn Chi Em ❤️

The food was exceptional, but I got a bit grumpy because I am a bigger guy, and the tables were a bit squeezed in for me. There wasn't a lot of chicken wings for the serve (please don't take offence, it's my fault not yours, they were so good I just wanted more) but the wife loved absolutely everything! The service was great, can't fault the servers at all as they were welcoming and friendly, and my wife and I were blown away by the response from the owner as well, especially with me being a little on the grumpy side. The owner and staff genuinely want to make his guests happy and provide a 5 star experience, and they deliver. Even with my bad mood, they've won me over!
